These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Jilie ("Jilie", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jilie.net website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively the "Platform").

To open and maintain a Jilie account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Jilie reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, contact number, and any payment method details you register with your account.
Jilie operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documents — such as a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
Accepted forms of Philippine government-issued ID include but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, GSIS card, PRC ID, voter's ID, and postal ID.
Your Jilie account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or allow any third party to access or use your account. All transactions made through your account are your sole responsibility.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jilie login credentials, including your username and password. Jilie strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all Jilie accounts and is strongly encouraged. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.
If you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify Jilie immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. Jilie will not be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Security reminder: Jilie staff will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you receive a request for your password claiming to be from Jilie, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.
The Jilie Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in ₱ PHP. There is no currency conversion at any stage of a transaction on Jilie.
Jilie currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your Jilie account.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Jilie balance on a near-instant basis, subject to the processing times and availability of the respective payment service. Philippine bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank. Jilie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Jilie will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times are subject to KYC status and internal review procedures. Jilie reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Jilie account. Limits may differ based on the payment method selected and your account verification level.
Important: Jilie does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in ₱ PHP. However, your bank, GCash or Maya account may apply their own service fees as per their individual terms of service.
Jilie offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.
Most bonuses on Jilie are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Jilie reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the required account verification steps. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to manipulate bonus play, or placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
Jilie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players where reasonably practicable. Jilie will not be liable for any loss resulting from a promotional offer being amended or withdrawn.

All game outcomes on the Jilie Platform are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer activity in real time. Jilie does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. However, Jilie does not guarantee any specific result, return, or profit from any game or wager. All gaming involves risk and outcomes are never guaranteed.
Jilie reserves the right to void bets or game results in the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or any circumstance where the integrity of a game or event has been compromised. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Jilie Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
Jilie cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the Philippines and internationally in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
All content on the Jilie Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game content, sound effects, and the overall design of jilie.net — is the intellectual property of Jilie or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Jilie Platform for your personal gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Jilie content without prior written permission from Jilie.

Jilie does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond Jilie's control — including telecommunications infrastructure issues affecting Globe, Smart, DITO or other Philippine network providers — may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
Jilie collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account with Jilie, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Jilie uses industry-standard encryption for the transmission and storage of personal and financial data. Account credentials, ₱ PHP transaction records, and personal identification documents are protected by end-to-end encryption and are never shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to facilitate payment processing through your chosen provider.
Jilie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jilie will provide notice through the Platform — such as a notification banner on jilie.net or a message to your registered contact — at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent platform security considerations.
Your continued use of the Jilie Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining ₱ PHP balance.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Jilie Platform are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Jilie's customer support process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
